At Earthen Shade, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing Time
Our order fulfillment hours are Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST. Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Saturdays or on Sundays will be processed on the following Monday.
We aim to process all orders within 48 hours of purchase. However, processing times may vary slightly during holidays, peak seasons, or during high-demand periods.
Product-Specific Shipping Timelines
- Curtains: Dispatched within 7 to 8 business days
- Cushions & Cushion Covers: Dispatched within 2 business days
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation via email.
Delivery Timelines
Once your order has been shipped, it will typically be delivered to your address within 3 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.
